International Civil Servants (active or retired officials)

● Salaries and pensions: adjustment to inflation, pensions tax adjustment, salary adjustment methods, individual pension rights, etc.;

● Officials’ privileges and immunities;

● Freedom of association and representation of staff;

● Personal matters of officials: residence permits, leases, tax exemption, divorce, personal data protection, criminal offenses, etc.

International Organizations

S&C advises and represents international organisations in the context of any negotiation and/or litigation before joint advisory boards, international administrative tribunals, or national courts, notably for defending their privileges and immunities and those of their officials.

The firm in particular advises on legal issues pertaining to the law of international organisations, including the defence of privileges and immunities, and international civil service law, including financial law, disciplinary law, and personal data protection law.
