\u25cf Officials\u2019 privileges and immunities;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Freedom of association and representation of staff;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Personal matters of officials: residence permits, leases, tax exemption, divorce, personal data protection, criminal offenses, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International Organizations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

S&C\nadvises and represents international organisations in the context of any negotiation\nand\/or litigation before joint advisory boards, international administrative\ntribunals, or national courts, notably for defending their privileges and\nimmunities and those of their officials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nfirm in particular advises on legal issues pertaining to the law of\ninternational organisations, including the defence of privileges and immunities,\nand international civil service law, including financial law, disciplinary law,\nand personal data protection law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
