R\u00e9mi C\u00e8be<\/strong> is a Member of the Paris Bar and former Head of General Legal Affairs Division at the OECD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr C\u00e8be\nbegan his career as a lawyer at the Paris Bar, advising and litigating on the\nlaw of international organisations, international civil service law, international\nprivate law, European competition law and criminal law. He subsequently held\nseveral positions in international organisations (the OECD, the International\nBureau of weights and measures \u2013 BIPM) and an NGO (Inter Aide). Over the course\nof more than 20 years, his roles included Legal Adviser (OECD), Senior Procurement\nManager (OECD), Micro-Finance program manager in Madagascar (Inter Aide), Legal\nAdviser and Deputy Executive Director (BIPM), and most recently Senior Legal\nAdviser and Head of the General Legal Affairs Division again at the OECD. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\naddition to his bar qualifications (EFB, 1994), Mr Cebe holds a Master 2 in\n\u00ab International Administration \u00bb and a Master 2 in \u201cEuropean Law\u201d (Paris\nPanth\u00e9on-Assas II University). He also holds a Master 1 in \u00ab International\nand European law \u00bb (Aix-Marseille II University), and a common law certificate\n(Exeter University, UK). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr C\u00e8be has been in charge of teaching the law of international organisations at Paris II University since 2013, for the \u201cInternational Administration\u201d Master 2. He is a member of the Boards of the Foundation Cassiop\u00e9e (a registered charity recognized by by a decree of 24 February 2011<\/a>) and Inter Aide, an NGO specialised in sustainable development programmes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
